We will ship anywhere on earth! It's important to us to offer competitive shipping rates. If you need a shipping quote for faster shipping or shipping outside the United States, just let us know, we'll give you a quote.

We mainly ship with UPS and USPS. Because P.O. boxes aren't large enough to accommodate large boxes, usually, we can't deliver full cases or big orders to P.O. boxes. However, if you need us to ship your products to a P.O. box, we will find a way to ship to you. We're here to help YOU!

We Strive for Pricing Transparency

If you've done a lot of shopping on other restaurant supply websites, you may notice they tend to have prices that seem too good to be true. That's because they are! Once you make it to the checkout, they hit you with extra fees and shipping costs that don't make sense. So, if you're doing price comparisons between us and other suppliers, be sure to remember that the price you see on the listings are the prices you pay (plus tax). We don't hide our prices!

We have a simple philosophy when it comes to our shipping and prices: you, our customer, should know exactly how much you're paying for your products. We don't hide behind unnecessary fees. The price you see is the price you'll pay.

We Want to Accommodate You

Sometimes our customers enter an incorrect address or simply need to change their shipping address. We understand! Just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. If the shipment has already left our facility, unfortunately, that's out of our hands and into the hands of the shipping company. They tend to be a little less understanding than we are.

What Happens When We Can't Deliver Something:

We believe in going above and beyond for our customers. That's why we offer FREE shipping! However, if something happens and the package is refused, the address is undeliverable, or the package is marked as return to sender, then we will follow the following procedure:

If UPS is unable to deliver your package, they will take it to a UPS intercept location. This is usually a UPS store or pick-up location. We'll contact you letting you know they attempted delivery and where you can pick up your package.

We want to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please make sure that you are watching your tracking closely, so that we don't have to go through this process and delay the delivery of your order any longer!

If you want to return your products, we give you 30 days from the time you ordered your product to begin the return process. We believe 30 days is enough time to inspect your product and make sure it's to your liking. However, if you received the wrong product or your product is defective, then the 30 day return policy does not apply.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) Mountain Standard Time, our cutoff time, will be treated as if they are placed the following day.
  • Orders placed using our 5+ Business Days shipping option will normally ship out the next business day.
  • Orders placed with our standard shipping option have a 24 hour handling and processing period.
  • Orders placed with any expedited option will ship out the same day if placed prior to the cutoff time.
  • Orders are shipped from one of our warehouses Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • All orders are subject to shipping carrier delivery schedule and factors outside our control such as weather, including correct address being entered by customer upon checkout.

  • Keep in mind though, this is a guide, not a guarantee.
  • We do our best to accommodate your requests (and we have a great track record). However, some things are out of our control. Our goal is to help you get your products as soon as possible.
  • You may receive your package(s) earlier than expected. Our customers rave about how quickly they receive their packages, but if you need a product in 3 days we recommend purchasing the 2 day shipping option, just in case.
  • If you do need a faster shipping option, we have extremely competitive UPS rates, rest assured that we are offering you the best possible rate.

*The commercial address validation is based on UPS' validation system. Each city has different zoning for resident addresses and commercial addresses. If you are shipping to a residential address, you will be charged $4 per warehouse location. Typically this is a per-package fee. Although, we are willing to take part of the hit for our customers, especially those who order multiple packages.
