Free Shipping to the Contiguous USA


Our Shipping Policy is very simple and easy to understand because it is FREE! That's right, all non-custom products come with FREE shipping to any commercial address* in the 48 contiguous United States. We also ship to Alaska and Hawaii so please contact us if you have any questions.

We offer to ship anywhere on earth, we have very competitive shipping rates so please let us know and we can provide a shipping quote for faster shipping. We ship most of our shipments via UPS and FedEx, so typically we cannot ship to PO Boxes. However, if this is the case for you, just contact us and we WILL definitely find a way to ship to you.
Also, don't be fooled by some who have low upfront prices but then charge enormous shipping costs when you checkout.  It is an age-old trick and one that we just cannot feel good about doing. So when comparing our prices (which include FREE shipping) to others, please ensure to look at the shipping (and many other fees) upon checkout.
We have a simple philosophy when it comes to shipping and prices - we offer a clean, simple way for our customers to know EXACTLY what they are paying by listing our prices upfront, no hidden fees, no credit card fees, no made up fees for things that mean nothing.  Nope, none of that. Just 1 simple price.
Every so often a customer enters an incorrect address, or simply needs to change a shipping address. We understand life happens. Just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. If the shipment has already left one of our facilities, then, unfortunately the good ole shipping companies do not take this lightly.
We believe in going above and beyond for our customers and that is why we offer FREE shipping! However, if something happens and the package is refused, the address is undeliverable, or the package is marked as return to sender, then we will follow the following procedure:
If UPS or FedEx is unable to deliver your package, they will contact us, and we will reach out to you via email. They will attempt delivery 3 times before sending your package(s) back to our warehouse. If your package is sent back, we will reach out to you via email to let you know we have received it in our warehouse. From there, we will process your order as a normal return. We will take out a 10% restocking fee from your order, then take out the return shipping charges (typically around $17 per case) from your refund. If you would like to send out your order again, we are more than happy to do so! Although, we will charge another shipping fee for the second shipping of your order.  We want to get your order to you as soon as possible, so please make sure that you are watching your tracking closely so that we don't have to go through this process and delay the delivery of your order any longer! Cut Off Times
  • Our cutoff time is 12:00 PM (Noon) Mountain Standard Time. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be treated as if they were placed the next day.
  • Orders placed using our 5+ Business Days shipping option will normally ship out the next business day. 
  • Orders placed with our standard shipping option have a 24 hr handling and processing period.
  • Orders placed with any Expedited option will ship out the same day if placed prior to the cutoff time.
  • Orders are shipped from 1 of our warehouses Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Subject to shipping carrier delivery schedule and factors outside our control such as weather, including correct address being entered by customer upon checkout.

  • Keep in mind though, it is a guide, not a guarantee
  • We do our best to accommodate your requests (and we have a great track record). But some things are out of our control. Our goal is to help you get your products as soon as possible.
  • You may receive your package(s) earlier than expected. Our customers rave about how quickly they receive their packages, but if you need a product in 3 days we recommend purchasing the 2 day shipping option just in case.

*The commercial address validation is based on UPS' validation system. If you have any issues with this, please contact us. If you are shipping to a residential address you will be charged $4 per warehouse location. Typically this is a per-package fee, but we are willing to take part of the hit for our customers, especially those who order multiple packages :)
